Shipping Policy

STAN offers free standard delivery across Canada with no minimum order.

Processing Time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated to take 3–10 business days after dispatch. Remote locations and circumstances outside our control, including carrier, weather, or holiday delays, may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If an order is substantially delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact STAN through our Contact page with your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work with the carrier toward an appropriate resolution.
