Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Contact STAN through our Contact page before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags, accessories, cases, cleaning cloths, and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items clearly marked final sale, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse cannot be returned. This does not limit any rights that may apply to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. After review, STAN will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping when the claim is approved.

Inspection and Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require 5–10 business days to post the refund after it is issued.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on available inventory. Contact us to request an exchange. If an exchange is unavailable, an approved return can be refunded according to this policy.
